What is a TAP 360°?
TAP 360° is geared to support the improvement of management performance through feedback. Based on the Management Standards set by the Management Standards Centre, TAP 360° is designed to help Managers achieve their potential.
Providing fully rounded feedback on workplace performance can be both difficult and time-consuming. TAP 360°, however, allows you to do this in an effective way. This online training needs analysis tool provides Managers and Team Leaders with feedback from their Line Managers, Peers and Direct Reports, comparing this to the Manager's own feedback, in a succinct and clear format.

How Does It Work
- 23 questions are completed by the Manager and other selected individuals who work closely with the Manager
- A questionnaire style template is used for ease of completion
- All feedback is anonymous. Findings are processed, analysed and presented back to the Manager by experienced professionals during a one-to-one meeting, or with the Line Manager present.
- A full colour report is made available to the Manager, including any agreed action plans
- Recommendations for training are identified and communicated. To ensure ongoing professional development, Managers can be re-evaluated using TAP once any training has been undertaken.
TAP Offer Packages
Return Offer (only available to clients who've used the service before) - £75 plus VAT per survey
- SfE creates and manages the survey process on behalf of the client.
- SfE produces the report and checks the content.
- SfE provides the report to the client via e-mail for them to deliver their own feedback.
Standard Offer - £175 plus VAT per survey
- SfE creates and manages the survey process on behalf of the client.
- SfE produces the report and checks the content.
- SfE produces the report in colour for the client.
- SfE provides comprehensive feedback to each manager in person, based on the findings of the survey.
Elite Offer - £250 plus VAT per survey
- SfE creates and manages the survey process on behalf of the client.
- SfE produces the report and checks the content.
- SfE produces the report in colour for the client.
- SfE provides feedback to each manager based on the findings of the survey.
- SfE works with client to formulate company action plan based on survey findings.
- SfE works with client to identify appropriate training needs based on the above and helps to source training
