ILM Levels 2 & 3 Award and Certificate Programmes

On 1st September 2007, ILM launched a unit-based portfolio of qualifications that gives employers and training buyers unprecedented flexibility to pick and mix units to custom build qualifications that meet their specific development needs.

New changes include the reformatting of many programmes which now offer candidates the opportunity of working towards 3 different programmes at some levels.  The 3 new programmes are an award, certificate or diploma.

Skills for Enterprise currently offers its clients the opportunity of working towards both the Level 2 Award and Certificate in Team Leading and the Level 3 Award and Certificate in First Line Management programmes using its blended learning method of delivery which includes both online and workshop delivery.  This style of delivery not only reduces the cost to clients but also allows for maximum flexibility and programme content choice.

To achieve either the Award or Certificate, candidates must meet the minimum standard per programme outline in the tables below.
