Talent, Aspiration, Potential (TAP) 360°

The TAP 360° is designed to provide Managers and Team Leaders with feedback from Line Managers, Peers and Direct Reports, comparing this to the Manager's own feedback, in a succinct and clear format. Based on the Management Standards set by the Management Standards Centre, TAP 360° is designed to help Managers achieve their potential, identify their strengths as well as areas for development.
The management tool works by completing 23 questions in a questionnaire style format. The findings are processed, analysed and presented back to the Manager with personalised recommendations for training. All feedback is anonymous to ensure safe and professional feedback.
