Calling all Leicester Business Women

Leicester Business Women is an exciting new venture aimed at all those living in Leicester. Whether you want to improve your self confidence, motivation or start your own business, join the Leicester Business Women project by becoming a member for free.
We can offer free workshops dedicated to improving self confidence, one to one coaching sessions to increase your motivation or provide tips on how to start your business, access to a free website with a marketplace to advertise and promote services, as well as networking, success stories and news amongst others. We are also looking to host monthly Cappuccino Connections, which would be informal networking sessions, encouraging women to come together to network and share experiences, as well as ensure ongoing motivation.
The first programme of workshops begins in September in the Highfields area, and October in Braunstone. We will be covering Self Confidence, how to eliminate negative emotions and come out of your comfort zone. The programme will then go onto cover Motivation, and will look at attitudes and how to overcome challenges. You will also have the chance to meet many women in the same situation looking to develop their skills. In addition, Skills for Enterprise have teamed up with the LeicestHerDay Trust to deliver the programme of Mind Your Own Business events throughout the course of the year. The Leicester Business Women venture provides the support for women to help improve self confidence and motivation and to start their own business for themselves, but not by themselves.
