Management Tools - TAP 360º

TAP 360º is an online training needs analysis tool, geared to support the improvement of management performance through feedback. Feedback comes from your line manager, direct reports and peers and is collated anonymously, then delivered to you in person by an experienced business counsellor.

Virtual Office

Virtual Office is a ‘phone answering with extras' service that we offer to small businesses who need an extra pair of hands and help with administration. We can answer calls with your company name, offer a Leicester city centre address for your post, access to business mentors and free business workshops.

Room Hire 

Meeting Room Space is available to hire as part of the Virtual Office contract, or on it's own. We hire our boardroom (seating 8) and our training room (seating 35) by the hour, half day, or full day.
