    You will also learn to understand the differences between confidence and assertiveness, as well as learning how to keep a balance between the two. Find out about the reasons why some may choose non assertive behaviour.

    Also understand the different types of behaviour and the best ones to choose for success.

    You will also learn how to effectively use words when dealing with others and what different body languages say about us. In this workshop you will also learn how to say "No."

    Finally, you will be able to look at the power of your influence, change the way you speak with yourself and find out whether you are ready to change.

    This workshop will help make finances understandable.

    Who knew that managing your finances could be so simple? We help you look at everything from cash flow forecasts to profit and loss accounts. You will have the opportunity to focus on basic money planning, simplifying financial jargon, and target setting in preparing for your business success. Throughout the workshop you will be able to work through some exercises to help you better understand financial terminology. Also, you will learn about how to barter to get better value for money.
