Baljit Nagra

Finance Coordinator

Baljit is the Finance Coordinator at Skills for Enterprise and has been with the company since 2006. She's the central point of contact for all our customers and provides admin support for all of our teams. She is also fluent in four different languages.

Out of work time, Baljit enjoys swimming, reading and socialising.

David Ryan

Managing Director

David is the Managing Director at Skills for Enterprise and has been with the company since it started in April 2005.  David oversees all the Skills Development Programmes offered by Skills for Enterprise which include the learndirect provision, Life in the UK Testing, Train to Gain and Management and Leadership Development courses on offer.

In his spare time David enjoys football and travels around to watch the England Football Team and is also a Governor at both Lady Jane Grey Primary School and Groby Community College.  David has a liking for Italian Red Wine (particularly Bardolino)!

Heena Mistry

Project Co-Ordinator 

Heena is the project co ordinator at Skills for Enterprise, she began working here in October 2006.

In her spare time, Heena enjoys travelling, swimming and relaxing.

Nicole Hocking

Project Assistant

Nicole is the Project Assistant for the Leicester Business Women Project at Skills for Enterprise and joined the company in April 2009.

Nicole's role includes administering Workshop and Coaching bookings and also helps with the Marketing and promotion of the project.

Out of work, Nicole enjoys watching the soaps, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Vipul Shah

learndirect Tutor
NVQ Assessor

Vipul is a learndirect Tutor and NVQ Assessor at Skills for Enterprise and joined the company in 2005. His role is to support the learning of Literacy, Numeracy & ICT courses, many of which are linked to nationally recognised qualifications.

Out of work Vipul enjoys watching football, eating out and relaxing.
